To choose an AI SEO agency in Pakistan, ask whether it measures the result. A real AI SEO agency checks, on a schedule, whether ChatGPT and Gemini name your business for the questions your buyers ask, and it shows you the questions and the answers. If an agency cannot show that, it is selling ordinary SEO under a new name. This guide gives seven questions to ask, what a fair answer looks like, and what our own plans cost.

What an AI SEO agency should do

AI SEO means getting your business named when people ask AI assistants for a recommendation. A capable agency does four things:

• It finds the real questions your buyers ask assistants.
• It publishes pages that answer those questions clearly, using true facts about your business.
• It checks the assistants regularly and records who is named.
• It reports the result to you, including when the answer is not good.

Seven questions to ask an AI SEO agency

1. Do you track how often assistants name my business? Look for a named-in-answer measure across ChatGPT, Gemini and Claude, checked on a schedule.
2. How often is it checked? Weekly is useful. A one-off screenshot is not tracking.
3. Can I see the questions you test? You should be able to read the exact buyer questions.
4. Who writes the content, and where do the facts come from? The safe answer is facts taken from your own site, checked before publishing.
5. How many pieces are published, and how fast? Be wary of large batches. Google acts against low-value content published in bulk.
6. What do you do about Google SEO? AI assistants often rely on web pages, so an AI plan that ignores Google SEO is incomplete.
7. What is the cancel term? You should be able to leave without a long lock-in, and keep what was published.

Red flags

• A promise that you will be named by ChatGPT. No agency controls an assistant.
• A screenshot of one lucky answer used as proof.
• Reviews or quotes that you cannot check.
• No list of the questions tested.
• No real difference between the AI plan and a normal blog package.
