BRAND BRAIN

An AI that learns each client’s brand — and never forgets it.

A living brain for every client. It reads their real work, holds the rules they can’t break, and hands the whole picture to whoever runs the account next. Not a generic chatbot — a specialist for their brand, sharper the more it sees.

A client's Brand Brain: locked rules, Brand IQ, confidence-scored learnings, connected sources, and drafts to review
NOT A GENERIC CHATBOT

Every client gets their own brain.

a. hub Brand Brain is a per-client AI for marketing agencies — it learns each client’s brand from their real work, holds the rules it won’t break, and keeps that knowledge even when your team changes.

Locked rules
the AI won't break — you set them, it works within them
Confidence-scored learnings
what actually performed, rated by how sure the brain is
A Brand IQ
a live score that climbs as it reads more of their work
Their voice
from approved examples — drafts only, never auto-published
/brand-brain/aroma-bakery · Knowledge
Brand context and knowledge: business auto-learned from ClickUp, plus the brand's links and creatives
WHAT IT LEARNS FROM

It learns from their real work, not the open internet.

Point it at the client’s ClickUp, their site and socials, their brief and past posts. It reads what’s actually there — the business, the audience, the creatives that performed — and grounds every draft in it. Feed it more, and the brain gets sharper.

  • Business context auto-learned from ClickUp
  • Reads the brand's site, shop and competitor pages
  • Studies approved creatives for palette and visual style
  • Correct it once, and it stays corrected
CLARITY FIRST

Real intelligence. Real limits.

WHAT IT DOES
  • Learns each client's voice, rules and what performs
  • Holds locked rules it will not override
  • Drafts posts, ads and plans in their voice
  • Scores every learning by confidence, from real results
  • Keeps a living brief that survives staff changes
WHAT IT WON’T
  • Auto-publish anything — a human always approves
  • Replace your writers or strategists
  • Guess the industry or invent facts
  • Break a rule you've locked
  • Mix one client's brain into another's
INSTITUTIONAL MEMORY

The brain stays when your account manager doesn’t.

When someone leaves, their client knowledge usually walks out with them. Here it doesn’t. Reassign the account and the incoming manager inherits a fully-briefed brain — every rule, every learning, the voice, the history — assembled into a day-one onboarding brief.

The knowledge belongs to the client, not the person who happened to hold the account.

  • A new-manager onboarding brief, assembled live from the brain
  • Every locked rule and confidence-scored learning carries over
  • No cold starts, no “let me get up to speed”

Reassigning a client's account manager: the incoming manager inherits a live onboarding brief with every rule and learning intact

Your brand on it. Not ours.

The brain — and everything it drafts — wears your agency’s name and colours. Your clients never see a.hub, beyond a small credit in the footer.

Questions, answered

How is this different from ChatGPT or a generic AI?

It isn't a general chatbot. Each brain is built for one client — from their real work and the rules you set, not the open internet. And it only ever drafts; a person always approves before anything is used.

Will it replace my copywriters or account managers?

No. It does the cold-start work — the client's voice, their locked rules, what has actually performed — so your team edits and approves instead of starting from a blank page. Nothing publishes on its own.

How does it learn a client's voice?

It reads their actual material: their ClickUp, their site and socials, past posts and approved creatives. It finds the patterns and what performed — and the more it reads, the higher its Brand IQ climbs.

What if it drafts something off-brand?

You lock the rules it won't break, and every output is a draft a human reviews. Two gates, so an off-brand line never reaches a client.

Is one client's data kept separate from another's?

Yes. Each brain is isolated to its client; nothing learned for one is ever used for another. An automated probe runs on every deploy to prove no tenant can see another's data.

How does it fit our existing tools and workflow?

It learns from the tools you already use — ClickUp, the client's site and socials — and, as part of a.hub OS, drafts inside the same workspace where your team briefs, reviews and approves. Nothing new to install.
