This policy explains what Artwing Studios collects when you use the a.hub website and services, and how we handle it.
Details you submit to start a plan or contact us: your name, business name, email, phone, the plan chosen, the transfer amount and reference, and any payment screenshot you upload. If you become a client, the access you grant us (CMS, Google Search Console, Google Analytics) and the content and performance data those produce.
To confirm your payment, deliver and report on your service, and communicate with you about it. Payment proof is used solely to verify your bank transfer. We do not sell your data.
We take payment by manual bank transfer. We do not collect or store card numbers on this site. The only payment data we hold is what you send us to verify a transfer (amount, reference, and any screenshot you upload).
We use service providers that process data on our behalf under confidentiality: hosting, email delivery, analytics, and the AI providers named below. We remain responsible for what they do with it. We may disclose information where required by law. We do not sell your data.
If you install the a.hub SEO app on a Shopify store, it reads your products, collections, pages and blog posts, and your online store theme files. It does not request access to orders, customers or payment data, and it cannot read them. Where it makes a change, it stores the previous value of that field so the change can be undone.
We keep the store domain, the access token for the store, the content we read in order to improve it, and a record of every change we made with the value that was there before. Tokens and secrets are encrypted at rest. We keep this for as long as the app is installed, plus the period our accounting obligations require for billing records.
Writing a search title or description means sending that page's own text to a language model. We use Google (Gemini), OpenAI and Anthropic for this, and we send it only to generate your text — never to train anything. Your store's content goes only to paid API plans, under which what we send is not used to improve their models; if no paid capacity is available we wait rather than sending it elsewhere. We do not use your content to train or fine-tune any model of our own. Orders, customer and payment data are never sent, because the app cannot read them at all. Checking whether AI assistants recommend your business sends your business name and ordinary questions a buyer in your sector would ask; it does not send your store's data.
To check a page we fetch it the way a search engine would. Where a site blocks automated readers we use a third-party fetching service (Bright Data) to retrieve the page on our behalf; it receives the page address and returns the page's own public HTML. Nothing private passes through it, because nothing we fetch is behind a login.
Uninstalling the app stops all activity immediately. Shopify then sends us a shop/redact request, and on receiving it we erase the store connection, its access token and its change history. Shopify also sends customers/redact and customers/data_request; we hold no customer data for a Shopify store, so there is nothing to return or erase, and we respond to say so. You can also ask us to delete at any time by emailing web@artwingstudios.com.
We keep client and billing records for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal and accounting obligations. You may ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data by emailing web@artwingstudios.com; some records may be retained where the law requires.
The site uses privacy-respecting analytics to understand traffic. We do not use it to identify you personally.
