These terms govern the a.hub AI SEO and Google SEO services provided by Artwing Studios (“we”, “us”) — whether you're a client on a managed plan, or you installed the a.hub SEO app from the Shopify App Store. By starting a plan or installing the app, you agree to them.
We provide managed AI-search content, Google SEO content and weekly AI-visibility tracking on the plan you select. Exact monthly deliverables are those listed on the plan you purchased at the time of purchase. We publish to your own website; reporting appears in your a.hub portal, or directly inside the app if you installed it through the Shopify App Store.
We guarantee delivery of the documented deliverables each month — not specific rankings or AI mentions, which no honest provider can guarantee. We do not buy backlinks and do not manage your Google Business Profile (we help you set it up). AI assistants are third-party systems whose behaviour we do not control.
Plans are monthly subscriptions in PKR, paid by bank transfer to the Artwing Studios account shown at checkout, plus a one-time setup fee on your first payment. Your service activates once our finance team confirms your transfer (usually within a few working hours). Prices may change with notice; changes never apply to a period already paid.
Paid tiers ($29 or $119 per month, in USD) are billed in advance directly through Shopify's own billing system, charged to the payment method on your Shopify account. We never see or collect your payment details. Price changes apply only to future billing periods, never to one already charged.
You are responsible for providing timely access (CMS, Search Console, Analytics) and for the accuracy of information you give us. You confirm you are authorised to publish to the website you connect.
Where you install the a.hub SEO app on a platform such as Shopify, these terms cover that app as well as the service. The app only adds to your content; it does not rewrite what you wrote, and every change it makes is recorded with the previous value so you can undo it. You may uninstall at any time from your own admin, which stops all activity immediately, and you can remove everything the app added without contacting us. Installing the app does not itself create a charge on your platform account.
You may cancel any month, effective for the next billing month. On cancellation you keep every article published for you; we provide a CSV / Markdown export of your content and tracking history within 7 days.
Uninstalling the app from your Shopify admin cancels your subscription and stops all future charges immediately — no separate cancellation step. Shopify bills each 30-day period in advance, so uninstalling partway through one does not refund the days already paid for. Any titles, descriptions or articles already published to your store stay exactly as they are; uninstalling the app does not remove them.
The service is provided on a best-effort basis. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability in any month is limited to the fees you paid for that month. We are not liable for third-party platform changes (Google, ChatGPT, Gemini and others).
